Dr. Kizza Besigye has sensationally revealed that government planned to frame him for killing Robert Kyagulanyi in Arua.
Kyagulanyi also known as Bobi Wine was in Arua during the by-election to support candidate Kasiano Wadri.
Dr. Besigye addressing a news conference at Katonga Road in Kampala, revealed: “What was to happen in Arua was to kill Bobi Wine and arrest Dr. Besigye immediately for the death.”
The opposition leader added: “It was a comprehensive plan. Fortunately there is a God above stronger than all these evil forces but non the less, someone is in his grave.”
Dr. Besigye went on: “This plan to eliminate political elements has however been done through subtle means like poisoning and indeed most of our colleagues have retired that way.”
He bragged: “We have had a lot of information coming in and we think it is time for this information to be shared with the country. The plan to eliminate political elements has been there all along.”
