Ondonga Otto is not new to drama!
While turning out for NBS political talk show on Thursday night, Otto, the MP Aru county caused untold laughter in the studio.
The legislator shot at Ofwono Opondo, government spokesman who had suggested growth and improvement in peoples’ lives: “These things of lies of people. People are not doing very well. People are sharpening knives for a living. People are gambling for a living.”
Otto said: “People are picking things in the dust bin. We can not talk of the general livelihood of Uganda. A few people are doing very well.”
