Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake appears to have returned to Uganda right where he left it off.
Zaake traveled to India for specialized treatment after he was allegedly beaten by security in Arua during the by-election campaigns.
The Mityana MP claims his medical condition has destabilized just minutes upon his returns.
Zaake told media on arrival at home that he has been mishandled upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport.
Security picked and drove him to his home in Mityana Municipality.
In the legislator’s home town in Mityana his supporters and family have started celebrations.
