Government has confirmed receiving Jennifer Musisi’s resignation.

Musisi resigned Monday from her position as the Kampala Executive Director after serving for 7 years. She worked at Uganda Revenue Authority before joining KCCA.

Government mouthpiece Ofwono Opondo in a news conference at the Uganda Media Centre revealed that President Yoweri Museveni confirmed receipt of the Executive director’s letter.

Ofwono said: “The KCCA ED did yesterday tender in her resignation to the President (Kaguta Museveni) and it has been duly received by his Excellency.”
