Police has arrested 3 members of the Uganda Young Democrats(UYD) , from their offices located at London Chambers in Kampala.
The arrested are ; Rabson Kijjambu ;the Chairman UYD Buganda, Secretary General UYD Robert Mugambwa and a one only identified as Denis.
These were picked up this morning as they planned to walk to CPS in Kampala, to deliver a letter complaining about the continuous deployment around London Chambers, a building that has their offices.

The UYD members say that police has camped around London Chambers since Saturday 20th April 2019 without any valid reasons. They add that the building has it’s own security so they find it scaring for police to find home at the building.
Ssambwa Timothy, the UYD in-charge of welfare has told media that he has been at CPS Kampala but Police has denied having their members in cells which leaves him worried since people are kidnapped and murdered at a higher rate of recent.
Ssambwa has also said that the UYD members before their arrest, they had a precious message to deliver to the nation from MP Kyadondo East Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu about his plans at the end of the house arrest which include a peaceful demonstration.
