The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is expected to brief Education and Sports minister Janet Museveni on the pupils’ performance at State House, Nakasero on Thursday, January 16, at 11:00 am.
The briefing process will be conducted by the UNEB Executive Secretary Dan Odongo alongside Prof. Mary Okwakol the chairperson.
The anticipated meeting will also be attended by John Chrysostom Muyingo State Minister for Higher Education,
Rosemary Nansubuga Seninde, State Minister for Primary Education all charged with political leadership, Alex Kakooza, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education among other technocrats.
Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results will be officially announced on Friday, January 17th,by the Education and Sports minister from Kampala Parents’ School Main Hall at 11 am.
A total of 695,793 candidates sat for PLE in 2019.
