A cold-blooded Man has butchered his biological brother killing him instantly in a bitter fight over a mango tree.
Walter Nyero Rwakasule,38-year-old was arrested by Lamwo police for ending Martin Origa ‘s life after he chopped down a mango tree in his compound.
It is alleged that when Nyero realized his brother had cut down the tree he claims is his, he picked up a hoe and dug deep into Origa’s head killing him instantly.
Nyero later surrendered himself to the authorities after confirming his brother was dead. Churchill Obita, the Gombolola Internal Security Officer-GISO Padibe East Sub County, says Nyero approached their offices at 3 AM in the wee hours of this morning.
Obita says he handed over Nyero to Padibe town council police station.
The Aswa Region Police Spokesperson, Patrick Jimmy Okema, says the scene of crime officers visited the area to collect evidence and have opened a murder case against the suspect.
