Police chief John Martins Okoth Ochola has finally set the ball rolling with several changes to his command.

Ocholla replaced Gen. Kale Kayihura in a mini reshuffle that also saw security minister Gen. Henry Tumukunde dropped and Gen. Elly Tumwine.

The new police chief last night transferred and appointed officers and ordered they take immediate effect.
