And now to try to explain why President Museveni choose to open all the shopping while big arcades  still remain under lock down,Ugandans have dug up the video of the Kenyan couple enjoying sex in the arcade to try justify the president’s decision

On Twitter some Ugandans think the president adamantly refused to open up the arcades because he believes there is alot of sex going on inside those stalls

To elaborate their point further some tweeps even shared a video of a Kenyan couple having sex inside an arcade 3 years
