A video of Kyandondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi has been released by the UPDF spokesperson Richard Karemire.
The released highly anticipated video released by the army spokesperson is the first public image of the legislator since his arrest a week ago.
This comes after the Deputy Speaker of parliament Jacob Oulanyo Today paid a visit to the incarcerated legislator at Makindye Military Barracks and said ”Bobi Wine is in alot of pain”
