MESUT OZIL will pay for 1000 children to have vital surgery to celebrate his wedding to Amine Gulse.
The Arsenal star, who earns around £350,000-a-week, will tie the knot today with the 23-year-old former Miss Turkey.
The kind-hearted 30-year-old forward has urged his guests in attendance to follow his lead and support the BigShoe charity.

BigShoe is a network of sports fans that help children around the world with medical operations dealing with burns, club feet and clefts, conditions developing countries struggle to deal with due to the lack of doctors, money and medicine.
Ozil said on Twitter: “Amine and I will bear the expenses for surgeries of 1000 children in need.
“I’d be happy if in addition, many more treatments all over the world can be fulfilled.
“I have really taken the team at BigShoe and the passion they treat their young patients with to my heart.”
Ozil has been supporting BigShoe since lifting the World Cup with Germany in Brazil five years ago.

His tireless work with the charity earned him the Laureus Sport for Good award in 2014.
The German star is also an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine.
