Arsenal still haven’t met Crystal Palace’s valuation of Wilfried Zaha, manager Roy Hodgson has told Sky Sports.

The Gunners are thought to have made a £40million offer for the forward, however Palace have valued him at £80m.

‘I don’t think Arsenal have actually made a bid that has come anywhere near our valuation,’ said Hodgson.

‘I’m sure the player realises that if someone’s going to take him away from us, he’ll expect clubs to pay the market value.

‘Until someone does that, there’s not much to discuss regarding Wilf.’

Celtic also sent a similar message to Arsenal on Tuesday, saying that the Gunners hadn’t met their valuation of Kieran Tierney.

Arsenal also have their eye on the likes of Everton Soares and Nicolas Pepe.
