Jadon Sancho is reportedly still likely to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, with Manchester United at the front of the queue.

Sancho was being linked with a move to Manchester United this summer before the coronavirus pandemic hit football, with the likes of Realmadrid, Barcelona, Manchester City and Chelsea are believed to be interested.

The 20-year-old England with get had had another bamstorming season for Dortmund, with 14 goals and 16 assists in the Bundesliga as well as a couple of each in the Champions League.

But the transfer landscape will have been changed significantly due to the financial impact of covid-19, with executive vice chairman having warned that the United’s summer spending could be affected.

“There’s an understanding between Sancho and Borussia Dortmund that if the right price arrives that he can go, and there is no expectation that Dortmund would not honor that.

While the price tag being mentioned would smash United’s transfer record, the Red Devils were given hope they could haggle that down this week when a Borussia Dortmund chief admitted the expectation of high transfer fees is likely to dimish over the course of the summer.
