Tributes from all football corridors began to flow in as different individuals expressed their sadness on the fatal loss of a legend who served the game diligently thought his entire life.

Former FUFA records officer who currently acts as a technical director at Vipers Sports Club Harounah Kyobe on his post on facebook attacked the FUFA president Engineer Moses Magogo for praising the late Jimmy Kirunda yet he ignored him while still breathing.

Kyobe says that when Engineer Moses Magogo had just sworn in as the elected FUFA president replacing Dr.Lawrence Mulindwa, on his first day in office as he was scrolling through the staff files, he landed on one bearing Kirunda’s name and serving as a personal assistant to the FUFA president.

Mulindwa had created the post for Kirunda to serve as his Personal Advisor on technical matters as well as enabling the legend do the fishing instead of giving him the fish as he was living unhappy life at the time.

According to Kyobe, disaster struck as Kirunda was shown the exit door for a charming bunny chic as the new personal assistant to the president and no sooner had he left office than the miserable life craved back.

“What if the many millions set to be spent by FUFA on his burial, were instead given to him to start up any small business during the times of his life?” Kyobe asks.

Burial is to take place at Mayirye Bulesa some kilometers after Gayaza town heading to Namulonge.
