A speeding saloon vehicle on Tuesday evening overturned several times after hitting a road barricade critically injuring 2 police officers and killing one person on spot.
The ill-fated incident happened at Nakigalala along the Entebbe express high on Tuesday evening while the driver was rushing to beat curfew from 7pm to 6:30 pm.
At the time of the accident , the saloon car had 3 occupants of which the driver passed on.
The Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigire says among the injured as Superintendent of Police, Jane Nakityo attached to Police Senior Command and Staff College Bwebajja.
He also identified the deceased as Harriet was pronounced dead at Kisubi Hospital.
