Led by CEO Allan Lwanga, a team from aYo has today handed over starter packs to Boda Boda riders in Kamwokya this morning. The items include registration books, pens, and face-shields.

According to these officials, the donated items serve as support towards ensuring compliance with COVID-19 guidelines. The activity is a partnership between aYo and MTN Uganda.

During his recent address on COVID-19, President Yoweri Museveni allowed Boda Boda riders to resume work on Monday July 27th and a set of Standard Operating Procedures were issued. The riders were tasked to register all their customers in addition to wearing face masks under their helmets.
