Sad news coming through comfirms the untimely death of former Kampala Lord Mayor Alhaj Nasser Ntege Sebaggala aka Seeya.
A fortnight back, it was reported how the ever flamboyant politician accidentally slipped through and fell in his bathroom at his home in Munyonyo while taking a shower an incident that has in turn left him unconscious.
He was rushed at a breakneck speed and admitted at Kampala International Hospital (IHK) in a very critical condition. Since then, he has been fighting for his life until today Saturday morning that he pronounced dead.
At IHK Seeya, 72, was diagnosed with intussusception; a condition in which one segment of intestine inverts within another, causing an intestinal obstruction (blockage). He was subsequently subjected to an emergency surgery which was successfully performed by Dr. Kiyingi.
