A 26 man Uganda Cranes contingent composed of players and officials has safely landed in Uganda from Dubai aboard Dubai Airlines following a successful five days training camp.
Only two foreign based players that is Allan Kateregga and TP Mazembe’s Joseph Ochaya returned with the team with the former expected to connect to Kinshasha soon.
Head Coach Johnathan McKinstry thanked his players for the efforts and hard work put up while in Dubai and further urged them to keep working more if they are to be considered for the upcoming 2022 AFCON qualification double header against South Sudan in November with the squad expected to be summoned before the end of this month.
Uganda Cranes will host South Sudan on 12th November 2020 before traveling for the away match a few days later
