Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate -FDC’s Patrick Amuriat Oboi seems to have become a general at being arrested during the infamous ongoing campaigns.
Word reaching us is that Amuriat was again nabbed in Kampala on Monday morning when he entered Kampala city.
POA was arriving from Mpigi Grade 1 Magistrate’s court where he was granted bail , following his arrest the previous day on Sunday.
He had just spent a cold sleepless night behind bars at the Mpigi central police post after he was busted by cops campaigning while seating on top of his ride in Mpigi town.
Kampala metropolitan deputy police mouthpiece Luke Owoyesigirye says POA was nabbed by cops again in the City after he deliberately put traffic on a standstill at the busy Natete-Ndeeba road.
Owoyesigirye says he was intentionally obstructing other road users and motorists hence causing the commotion.
He was arrested alongside one of his escorts Police Constable Erikitoi Emmanuel, on charges of obstruction and insubordination at Katwe police post.
