Uganda has recently under fire over bad PR by a section of oppressed Ugandans and opposition supporters. These came after they called for the boycott of MAMA Awards that are set to happen in Kampala in less than a month’s time.
Through social media, they have been trying to prove that Uganda is currently a war zone not good for any business ventures or tourism.
However, American rapper Akon’s wife Rozina Negusei thinks otherwise and has decided to go against what is portrayed on social media.
Nugesei jetted in Kampala to promote Ugandan Music & Fashion with a $12m investment. “Looking for a hub, Africa Hollywood home; if we do entertainment whether movie, music award, every year, Uganda can become the home of the entertainment industry.” She noted.
