A few days back singer Ykee Benda resigned as Uganda Musician Association- UMA President, an umbrella for all artists, after serving for less than one year.
Ykee claims he dumped the top office because some established artists belittled and disrespected him. His resignation has now become a subject of debate as fellow colleagues have come out all guns blazing wanting to bury him live.
One of the colleagues punching holes and skinning the Kyenkyebula hit star is none other than Gravity Omutujju. Gravity claims Ykee was doing a lot of nothing in office and that his biggest achievement as president was to resign.
In an exclusive interview with Galaxy TV, Gravity went all out;
“…Ykee Benda actually did the best decision to resign because he was doing nothing and he didn’t help any one, so we are okay with him resigning…” After demoting Ykee he tipped former Presidential candidate Bobi Wine to take over the still vacant position.
“…if Bobi Wine is capable of being a Ugandan president,then he can manage artistes better..” he said.
Meanwhile Gravity has a collabo with the sexy Cindy who is said to be the incoming UMA President. The pair shot the video of the said song already and very soon it will be on your screen.
