Uganda Ready To Take
The 2021 Beach Soccer finals kick off officially on Sunday, 23rd May 2021 at the Saly beach soccer stadium.
Uganda Sand Cranes take on the host country Senegal in a group A opening match on Sunday evening.
Tanzania is the other country in the group following the untimely withdrawal of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Uganda Ready To Take
Team captain and goalkeeper Meddie Kibirige has expressed readiness to take on the hosts.
‘Since we arrived in Senegal, all has been good. The players are ready to give 100 percent in the tournament. The morale is high and the weather is not that bad’ Kibirige disclosed.
Uganda Sand Cranes contingent is comprised of 15 players and 9 officials.
