Pallaso Mayanja is the man of the moment with many hit songs to his name. Last year, he topped charts and at the height of his success, an upcoming singer, King Avidon has accused him of stealing his song titled, “Nalonda Namala”.

In a media interview, Pallaso rubbished the claims saying that he is too talented to steal a song. “How can I steal a song when I’m the one who jump-started the careers for two female artists – Spice Diana and Sheebah,” he bragged in defence.

It should be noted that Pallaso Mayanja returned to Uganda in early 2013 before hitting studio with Radio and Weasel of the Gudlyfe to record Amaaso that became an instant hit and topped chats.

He later signed for Jeff Kiwa’s TNS where Sheebah and his young brother AK47 were signed. In TNS, Pallaso did a collaboration with Sheebah dubbed Mundongo before he made a mega banger with the same diva dubbed Go Down Low. The song topped chats and many perceived it as the song of the year.

In 2016, Pallaso quit TNS to start Team Good Music. It is here that he hit the studio with emerging talent then Spice Diana to record “Koona” which was also a banger.
