Record Uganda Premier League champions SC Villa will host their home games at the Kavumba Recreation Center, Wakiso for the 2021/22 season.

Less than a month ago, the Jogoos confirmed that they will host their home games at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru, but this is no longer the case as they shift to the Kavumba Recreation ground.

The development was confirmed by the club on their website on Friday evening. Villa also confirmed that they will start their 2021/22 StarTimes Uganda Premier League campaign with a trip to Barifa Stadium, Arua to face Arua Hill SC.

“The country’s most successful club, SC Villa Jogoo will start the 2021/22 StarTimes-Uganda Premier League on Matchday 2 when it takes on Arua Hill SC at Barifa Stadium in Arua city on October 23, 2021.”

It should also be noted Villa is non-existent on this season’s SUPL fixture, and FUFA Licensing Committee will meet on Tuesday to decide on the club’s fate
