The Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Ministry of Internal Security, Millicent Omanga, has broken her silence after an alleged intimate video of her went viral last night.
Through her Facebook page, Omanga quoted a Bible verse that talks about God telling his people that he has given them strength and nothing will hurt them.

The Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Ministry of Internal Security, Millicent Omanga, has broken her silence after an alleged intimate video of her went viral last night.
Through her Facebook page, Omanga quoted a Bible verse that talks about God telling his people that he has given them strength and nothing will hurt them.
“Look, I have given you the command to tread on snakes, scorpions, and all the forces of the enemy, and nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19. Good day, stakeholders,” Omanga wrote.
The video that has been circulating shows Omanga in a bed with a similar dress she wore in one of tree planting projects.
It is not clear if the video is of a deep fake generated by someone with bad intentions and circulated it online.
Some of her fans are defending the CAS, claiming it was a secret plot to destroy Omanga’s name.
