If there is a time Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament, Francis Zake, will remember, it is June 3, 2023. Zake was at the Catholic Shrine Saturday for the Martyrs Day commemoration. However, he had a cracked trouser. So, he spent more time using his phone to guard the cracked pants around his right thigh than praying.

While his boss, the National Unity Platform (NUP) leader, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine may have not noticed, the cameras did. However after he noticed cameras around his thigh, he shifted the phone to guard duties.
