Mosh Ents International, a record label and artiste management company has been launched today, at Al Terreza, Kisementi in Kamwokya, a Kampala suburb.

“Mosh Ents is all about Empowering Dreams and Crafting Hits. With our official launch today, we are telling the world that we are open for business,” said Mr Mosh Daudi Alim, the founder and CEO, Mosh Ents International.

The company intends to apply a multipronged strategy to the entertainment business including signing and managing local and international artistes, recording, buying and distributing music, organizing concerts locally and abroad plus events set-up and management, he added.

Three budding musicians signed to the record label – Pesh Melon (aka Patience Nimwesiga), Lord Sanie (aka Hassan Wasswa) and Rony Ronio (aka Ronald Nsubuga) – were also unveiled today.

“We believe these young talents have a strong future in the music industry and Mosh Ent’s will be there to help them fulfill their dreams,” said Mr. Mosh Alim, who has over 10 years’ experience booking and promoting mainly East African musicians’ concerts in London and the UK in general.

ABOUT THE ARTISTES

Pesh Melon, 19, who has worked with Nessim Pan Production among other producers is a versatile musician and finds afrobeats, dancehall and R’n’B genres all appealing.

Her singles so far include: Kikonfide, Kibaala, More of Your Love, Mulo, Tulye Ebintu and Naakonamu.

“I started singing at school. At Bright Trust S.S, Kyengera I was one of the composers and performers of the Kabaka birthday song while at St. Elizabeth S.S, Nkoowe I was always part of the school choir,” says Pesh Melon.

Lord Sanie has been in the game since 2017. Born and raised in Bukoto, his music includes Akaama – a collaboration with Zulanda, More Love, Machine, Wagulu and Louisa (featuring Yesse Oman Rafiki).

Born February 24, 2003 Rony Ronio, kicked off his career in April, this year. His singles include I’m Your Soldier and Too Fyno. The R’n’B crooner gets his inspiration from King Saha, the late Mowzey Radio and Paul Kafeero.
