Sultry singer Martha Mukisa has finally broken her silence on her decision to step into motherhood in the middle of her booming music career.

The “Sango” hitmaker confessed in a candid TV interview that she hadn’t planned to get pregnant, but when it happened, she chose to embrace it fully.

“Pregnancy came and I had to embrace it. It was also the right time to do so because I am thirty years old,” Martha revealed. “I believe it is the right thing to do for someone who is thirty.”

Though the news shocked fans and kept her off stage for months, the singer insists she has no regrets. In fact, she says motherhood has given her peace, love, and a new sense of fulfillment she had never experienced before.

After taking a six-month career break, Martha is officially back in business and she has a message for promoters: “I am ready for bookings.”

With music still in her heart and a new baby in her arms, Martha Mukisa says she’s living her best double life yet – mother and star.
