NBL has set up an e-commerce website (www.beernow.ug) that will make it easier for Ugandans aged 18 and over, to order and purchase beer brands online and have them delivered to a location of their choice.
The reason for this platform is because the Lockdown has kept people home and they are not able to easily access their favorite beers from bars and shops so it is intended to make sure beer lovers have beer delivered at their doorsteps at the most affordable price in the shortest period of time.
Currently, the service is available to areas in and around Kampala and delivery will be made during the periods permitted according to the government guidelines on COVID-19. It will, however, be rolled out to other areas in due time.
Steps one goes through to order for a beer on Beer Now
- Beer will be delivered in 60mins from the time the order is confirmed
- Age-Gate: Due to commitment to responsible drinking, one will be required to prove they are of legal drinking age; that’s above 18yrs.
