Ugandan artists have used their musical talents to create awareness about the rapidly spreading Coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
The latest singer to join the awareness campaign is singer Hanson Baliruno. Baliruno didn’t think it was wise to join what Bebe Cool termed as a chapter to of the Corona distance where he has invited other artists on the project with so far Karole Kasita and Full Figure.
Baliruno has today also released his solo Corona Virus project titled ‘Ejengo’ which is loosely translated as the Wave. Baliruno in the song sought divine intervention in the rampantly spreading Corona Virus and asks God to come in and stop the disease as it is taking many innocent people.
Artistes like Bobi Wine who teamed up with Nubian Li, Fik Fameica, Mesach Semakula, Spice Diana, Bebe Cool, Vinka, Azawi, Fresh Kid and Big Eye among others have already released their projects.
