Yesterday evening unverified reports began circulating on social media revealing how former Kamuli LC.5 Chairman Thomas Kategere had been reportedly involved in what could turn out to be the biggest sex scandal of the year.
Apparently a sex tape involving Thomas with another high profile female figure had been leaked online.
