Antwain Fowler — the adorable Florida boy who went viral with a video asking, “Where we about to eat at?” — has died after a long battle with a rare autoimmune disorder, his family announced. He was 6 years old.

“Where we about to eat at?” passed away

“The pain in my heart is like no other,” his mother, China, said on Antwain’s Instagram page, which had detailed his regular time in hospitals getting more than 25 surgeries.

“Why God!!!!!!!!!!!!” the post asked, adding in the caption, “Never in a million years My heart is out my chest!!!!”

His mother posted a photo of her on a hospital bed next to her son, who had a tracheostomy in his throat to help him breathe.

“Come back I need you,” she wrote.

On her own Instagram page, the mom said she “felt lifeless and can’t go on,” adding, “I don’t wanna be here anymore this pain is unbearable.

“That’s my babyyyyy my god why me!!!!!!”

The youngster first went viral in September 2019 with the four-second clip of him sneering and sinking down in his car seat after asking, “Where we about to eat at?”

His social media has since caught numerous other witty asides from the young boy, as well as detailing his heartbreaking battle with illness.

An online fundraiser that raised more than $63,000 detailed Antwain’s “everlasting fight” after being diagnosed with autoimmune enteropathy in July 2015, a year after he was born.

The rare disorder meant he was unable to drink milk or eat solid foods

“Antwain has been hospitalized a countless number of times due to his poor health condition,” the fundraiser said, noting he had “undergone over 25 surgeries.”

The rare disorder meant he was unable to drink milk or eat solid foods when younger, and he later suffered a collapsed lung, pneumonia and breathing problems that necessitated the tracheostomy.
