Last Friday, House of Prayer Ministries’ senior pastor, Aloysius Bugingo, officially visited the parents of his lover Suzan Makula Nantaba in a beautiful ceremony locally known as ‘Kukyala’ in Kyebando.
The event happened despite his estranged wife Teddy Naluswa refusing to sign the divorce documents.
Since 2019, Bugingo and Teddy Naluswa have been at loggerheads as the Pastor filed for divorce.
The former couple’s dirty linen has always been aired out in public with Naluswa often quick to run to the media to explain her misery. In response, Bugingo also counters with equally biting attacks as he defends himself.
Following last week’s ‘Kukyala,’ Naluswa said she also got the news that Bugingo was introduced by someone but that can’t stop her from being the official wife.
“I believe you have heard the news but let me tell you, I am still called Teddy Naluswa Bugingo the official wife to Pastor Bugingo, the Bible, and God knows me not Suzan,” Teddy said.
She added, “I am not divorcing my husband.”
Comedian blasts Bugingo after Kukyala…
At the start of the month, FunFactory Uganda Managing Director Hannington Bugingo harshly lashed out at the controversial pastor for not practicing what he preaches and being a bad example.
And on Sunday he did it again as he blasted his namesake.
Through his Facebook page, Hannington Bugingo, he questioned the pastor’s ability to handle his church if he cannot handle his family.
He further noted that Aloysious is “using God to confuse and con us” and he should be held responsible for his actions.
“The Bible says “if a man doesn’t know how to handle his family, how will he handle the church that has got many families?”
Am not against this “Fake pastor” per say, but we shd hold pple responsible for their actions especially if they are using God to confuse and Con Us,” Hanningtone spat venom.
