Premier league fixtures

The Premier League 2022/23 schedule has allegedly been leaked online, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham scheduled to face Manchester City in the first five games.

Three days before the official release, a handful of Premier League 2022/23 fixtures appear to have been leaked on social media. The full campaign schedule will be released on Thursday.

However, fans believe they have already seen the first eight weeks of the season. Over the last 24 hours, a list of so-called ‘leaked’ fixtures has been circulating online, showing eight rounds of games from August 6 to September 24.

However, the list’s validity remains in doubt for a number of reasons. The viral list does not include any midweek games, despite the fact that they are scheduled and played from August 30 to September 1.

The list also excludes the September international break, when England returns to action, with UEFA Nations League matches scheduled. The planned international break is scheduled for the weekend of September 24, a date with a full schedule despite the proposed pause in the schedule.

The Three Lions are scheduled to play Italy on September 23 and Germany at Wembley on September 26, resulting in no Premier League action that weekend. However, if the ‘leaked’ fixtures are to be believed, Arsenal, Chelsea, and and Tottenham could be in for a surprise.

Mikel Arteta, Thomas Tuchel, and Antonio Conte can expect the first five games of the season to go, assuming the ‘leak’ is correct. And each of them must deal with Erling Haaland – a nightmare!
