Fans on social media have bashed singer Spice Diana for posting pictures of herself with a sickly Evelyn Lagu receiving medical treatment in hospital.

Spice Diana had gone to check on Evelyn who has been battling a strange disease for close to 3 years now.

Perhaps after giving the patient all the good vibes she came through with, Spice Diana decided to take a few cool snaps with Evelyn and later posted on Facebook.

In the pictures posted on her socials, a not so good looking Evelyn can be seen stretched out on the hospital bed while Spice Diana sited next to her smiles off for the camera

As usual a few Ugandans on Facebook were not happy with the direction Spice took with regards to taking pictures with Evelyn and rightly so many poured out their frustrations in the comments section

“How can you post such pictures she’s in a great pain you’re in a great happiness that’s not helping banange though thnx for the heart” a one Devine commented

As if that was not enough, a one Nsubuga also commented, “But she didn’t deserve the pics to be shared in that manner though thanks for the good heart always”
