Former Obsession singer and Big Brother Africa Uganda representative Sharon O has taken another huge step of faith and registered a new record label.

Sharon O will soon announce to the public her new record label “Black horse entertainment” that will see new talent developed.

“Black horse entertainment seeks to scout new talent, develop it and showcase it to the world” Sharon O told the website. “We have some artists under the label already that we will unveil to the public soon,” she added.

The signed artist is still under molding stage, recording music and will be unveiled soon, according to reports. Sharon O having had a rich music background anticipates producing one of the best stage artistes in the industry.

Sharon’s announcement comes soon after her former Obsessions’ group mate Sheebah Karungi launched Karma Music record label. Today, Wednesday afternoon, unveiled the Karma Hitmaker talent search which seeks to uplift new talent.

“I’m the first female [artiste] to own a music record label [in Uganda],” Sheebah said in a video making rounds on social media platforms.

“It’s about that time I mentor my own artists! Yassss! Your Queen officially owns a music label,” a post shared by Sheebah on X, the former Twitter reads in part.

The musician plans to create the next generation of superstars through her newly-launched label as well as the talent search.

Sheebah is no stranger to helping others achieve their dreams. She has been a vocal advocate for women’s empowerment and has used her platform to support several other young musicians.
