Media personality Isaac Katende, popularly known as Kasuku, taking direct aim at Eddy Kenzo over the alleged misuse of Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) funds.

Recent reports claimed that Kasuku pocketed over UGX 25 million from the Federation’s budget, but the outspoken presenter has come out guns blazing, dismissing the allegations as “pure lies.”
“I have never received any money from the Federation as alleged. They are using my name to swindle funds, and I will not allow that. The moment I’m called anywhere to account for that money, I’ll sue Eddy Kenzo and his group because I’m not a beneficiary,”
Kasuku stated firmly.
The seasoned media figure insists his name is being used as a front for corruption, accusing Kenzo and his UNMF leadership team of fabricating documents to siphon government funds.
Kasuku has reportedly instructed his lawyers to prepare intention-to-sue papers against the BET Award-winning singer and his associates, a move that could add a legal twist to an already fiery scandal.

The controversy comes at a time when Kenzo and other UNMF officials are said to be under investigation by multiple government agencies over the UGX 5 billion allocated to the musicians’ body.
As tensions flare, what began as a financial accountability issue within the Federation is fast spiraling into a full-blown feud that threatens to expose deeper cracks in Uganda’s music industry leadership.
