The President’s press secretary Don Wanyama Innocent shared a video of the cabinet singing and clapping to the birthday boy at State House.
President Museveni and wife Janet are seen cutting the cake to the loud clapping and singing in Wanyama’s post on social media.
Wanyama’s post reads: “Members of Cabinet “surprise” President Museveni with cake to celebrate his 74th birthday. This was at State House Entebbe today (Monday) during the cabinet sitting.”
