FDC boss has revealed that Gen. Mugisha Muntu is simply justifying his ‘non performance’ by leaving the party.
Gen. Muntu quit the FDC Tuesday after a meeting with party bigwigs at Fairway Hotel in Kampala.
Amuriat, in an interview with NBS TV, blasted: “I think Gen. Muntu is just giving excuses about his non performance.”
He argued: “In Mugisha Muntu’s conceding speech, he promised to back me but a year later we see him breaking off.”
On the departure and how he felt about it, Amuriat said: “The last thing any leader would want to witness is a section of the party to move and form another party.”
