Slate Nation’s real name Not Peter Mou Athuai over the weekend performed at the Rema rave and roses Australian tour in Melbourne and left many wanting more.

Slate Nation put up an impressive performance with his songs Juba juice, and Nyanbim among others. The singer also sampled his upcoming song Kalamat Ta Juba which was tipped to be a big song by the crowd.

Slate Nation is a South Sudanese-born Australia-based musician, artist, and songwriter.

He began his music career in 2007 as a choir member in Don Bosco Missionary School Tonj. In 2010, Slate Nation formed a music group called T.E.C Hiroz recording their first song “Come Back Home” which he dedicated to all the Sudanese people who left the country during the Civil War to return. He made his breakthrough with his song “Juba Juice in 2015. In April 2016 Slate Nation did his first International collaboration with Ugandan dancehall artiste Pallaso on the song ‘Binia Giafa’
Slate Nation is a prominent artist in South Sudan and continues to rise the ranks.
