Abdalla Kitata is chocking on his victim’s sufferings after Army Court Martial ordered he and his colleagues in crime be moved from Luzira Prison to stone throw away Military Barracks.
Katatta and 12 others have been charged with unlawful possession of fire arms, 50 rounds of ammunition and military uniforms among other things.
However they denied the charges.
Pleas by the former Boda 2010 boss and his colleagues through their lawyer Shaban Sanywa to protest the change of detention fell on deaf ears as Court Martial Chief Lt Gen. Andrew Gutti ordered they be transferred to Makindye Military police.
Gen. Guttu adjourned the case to 19th March when they will appear for hearing.
