Yusuf Kawooya’s child fainted after viewing a video of his dad beaten and then hounded on to a taxi near Christ the King in Kampala on broad day light.
Sharifah Nakitende, Kawooya Yusuf’s sister in an interview with NBS TV at their home in Budo, explained the state of her brother’s condition after the brutal arrest.
A soft spoken Nakikende shockingly revealed: “Yusuf’s child in primary 6 fainted after seeing a video of his father’s brutal arrest that circulated on social media.”
She then went on to dress down: “I was able to see Yusuf yesterday. When you look at him, you might think he’s okay but he complains of severe chest pain, his right side is paralyzed and his ear is oozing blood and pus.”
Security confirmed Kawooya is being held at SIU in Kireka.
