KCCA FC 1-2 URA FC

Shafik Kagimu was on song a week ago against Jinja Kirinja with a brace to his name.

Kagimu who skippers his side URA FC, did not leave his scoring boots in Jinja. When Sam Ssimbwa needed to announce his return to Lugogo, a venue he left on bitter terms three years ago, it had to be Kagimu.

The striker did not the magic with a brace again. The resultant left KCCA FC wounded when their closest rivals Vipers SC dropped two points away in Arua on the same afternoon.

Kagimu scored his first in the 25th minute slotting from close range. KCCA FC responded with a goal from the spot thanks to Timothy Awany after Muzamilu Mutyaba was brought down in the opposition goal area.

Kagimu took another responsibility in his hands to take the penalty after Joachim Ojera was fouled in the box by Mustafa Kiiza.
