Miguel Da Costa Duarte was shown the exit door after a 1-0 defeat to security Systems Football Club.

The disappointing defeat came after a 1-1 draw with bottomed Tafic Fc and an exit from the Mascom Top 8 Cup.

Jwaneng Galaxy Fc were eliminated from the Mascom Top 8 by Lawrence Ndugga’s Orapa United in the semi finals.

Da Costa was appointed as Jwaneng Galaxy headcoach on a three year deal in July just after he had left Vipers.

Miguel Da Costa guided Vipers Sports Club to triumph the 2017-18 Uganda Premier League trophy.

He leaves the Botswana team in the third position on the log with 39 points as Oris Radiopotsane takes on the caretaker role.

Other Ugandans who trade their game of football in Botswana include; Ivan Mbowa, Deus Bukenya and Martin Opolot who play at Prison X1 and Nasir Mbabali of Extension Gunners.
