Defending champions Vipers will be at home to Ndejje University, KCCA host rebranded Soana, now Tooro United, URA host Paidha Black Angels at Namboole while Bright Stars host Maroons at Mwererwe.
On the same day, Onduparaka play at home to new league entrants Nyamityobora while SC Villa play away to Kirinya Jinja SS.
On Saturday, the only game on the day will see the Cops, Police FC take on Bul at StarTimes stadium, Lugogo.
Two games will be shown Live on match day one – Vipers Vs Ndejje and Police Vs Bul.
