Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has donated UGX.100M to the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) towards helping people who have been affected by the coronavirus shutdown in the country.

The money, donated through House of Prayer Ministry International was on Thursday April 09 handed over to Anti-Coronavirus National Task Team.

The gesture reflects the support that the House of Prayer Ministry International has extended to the authorities’ measures to safeguard the health of the country.

Ruparelia Group has also delivered a donation of two brand new pickup trucks towards the efforts to fight the spread of the novel Coronavirus in the country.

Hariss International Limited also donated UGX100 million and an ambulance to the government to aid the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic.

King Ceasor University also donated UGX100 million to the COVID19 Response Team. The donation was handed over by King Ceasor Mulenga, the Chancellor of King Ceasor University.  He said his university is training over 300 health workers to help on  human resource.

Dr Rugunda thanked all those that donated for the generosity.

“When we are united, the enemy will be weakened,” he said.
