A horny teacher at a primary school in Nansana has been thrown behind police cells for molesting 6 girls.
Moses Mpanga Aldo, is a resident of Nansana municipality and a former teacher at Step by Step School in the same municipality.
Luke Owoyesigire, the Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson says inquires are ongoing into the matter since Aldo declined to furnish the police with his recorded statement.
He however says Aldo bonked the young girls between 2019 and 2020 while he was still a teacher at the school.
Owoyesigire however says police has managed to record statements from the parents of the victims in addition to other inquires.
Aldo is in the meantime being held at Nansana police station in Wakiso district.
According to the 2020 police annual report that was released this year,defilment had registered an increase by more than 3 percent .
The report indicates that over 14.000 girls were defiled in that year with 52 being defiled by teachers,301 people living with HIV/AIDS,120 biological parents and 120 by their guardians.
