Police has arrested more than hundred criminal suspects at bad Bobi Wines’ Kyarenga concert held over the weekend at One Love beach in Busabaala.
According our placed sources,the suspects are reportedly detained at Kabalagala and Katwe police divisions over pick pocketing, marijuana smoking, and fighting.
The Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, says police is to screen the suspects but applauded revelers for being peaceful and respecting the day’s security plan.
Prior to the concert, police had issued strict security guidelines for those who had plans of attending the event which was estimated to attract more than 50,000 people.
