A 30-year-old man caught with 43kgs of Elephant Ivory is under police custody in Kisoro police station vides SD 64/20/11/2019.
Munyaribanje Richard, a resident of Bunagana T/Council Kisoro district was apprehended on Wednesday after a tip-off by some residents at Bunagana.
