13 confirmed cases of the deadly corona-virus are on treatment but the people they came into contact with are at large according to minister of health Jane Ruth Aceng.
Uganda has confirmed 48 cases of the corona-virus after testing hundreds mainly who returned from outside countries.
Health minister Aceng while attending President Yoweri Museveni’s corona-virus news update at State House, shocked the nation: “Out of the 13, we have listed 660 contacts for a followup but these might not be the only ones.”
She alerted: “We are using these 14 days to look for the contacts of contacts. We have to reach who had contact with these people.”
